Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of international criminal responsibility. Key points of international criminal responsibility, evolution, and also doctrinal provisions and normative sources of law are analyzed. In addition, domestic sources of law that directly affect the development of international criminal responsibility are investigated. The conclusion on the current state of this institute of international criminal law is made.
