Abstract:
The issue of enforcement of the right for freedom of thought and expression of belief is investigated through a prism of international and religious norms. The author asks questions, whether can limit the state freedom of expression, freedom of thought if it importance for ensuring sovereignty of the state and for normal development of people. Also he examines how religious tolerance and a free choice of religion are reflected in the Bible and the Koran.
