PROBLEMS OF REGULATION OF LIABILITY FOR SUBSIDIZED IMPORTS: RUSSIA, CUSTOMS UNION, WTO

On the basis of the comparative survey of acts ruling the application of compensational measures in the law systems of Russia, Customs Union and WTO the author deals with the problems of this act’s correlations. The author designates existing problems in legal regulation of subsidies and compensational measures, analyzes the concept «compensational measures» and the basis of their application in different law systems.
