SOME PROBLEMS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGISLATION ABOUT MUNICIPAL SERVICE IN THE SVERDLOVSK OBLAST AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTION

The article is devoted to the problem of non-compliance of municipal officials taken to the municipal service before the entry into force of the Federal Law «On Municipal Service in the Russian Federation», the qualification requirements established by this Law. Analysis of professional level of municipal officials in Sverdlovsk oblast with the regard for judicial practice about such problem is taken.
