Abstract:
The article focuses on the role and place of independent experts in the commissions generated by public authorities. The author analyzes the legislation, problems of its application, taking into account the existing experience: the criteria and procedure for selection, the legal status in the commissions, the role and importance of the views of independent experts in decisionmaking committees, and formulates proposals for the improvement of the legislation.
