RECOGNITION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS THE VICTIM IN CASES OF ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN FOREST MANAGEMENT

A feature of the cases of administrative violations in forest management is a special position of the victim – the owner of the forest area – the Russian Federation. It is necessary to recognize the Russian Federation as the victim in proceedings on administrative violations not only in forestry but also in the field of environmental protection and natural resources at the legislative level (in the Administrative Code of the RF).
