ON THE ISSUES OF WORK ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE PROSECUTORS’ OFFICES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The author reflects on a number of issues of work organization of primary care prosecutors’ offices concerning the division of competencies between prosecutors, planning of their work and assessment of its results, monitoring the execution of management requests as well as the informational and analytical support of procurators’ offices.
