THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OVER THE ELECTRICITY MARKET

The article explores the state supervision and control over the electricity market and its administration. It is concluded that the regulation of activities of electricity market participants is a separate type of the state economy regulation. There are a number of peculiarities of the administrative supervision system that confirms the complex character of rules governing the electricity market administration.
