ON THE ROLE OF THE CODIFIED NORMATIVE AND LEGAL ACT IN DETERMINING THE STRUCTURE OF LAW

The author characterizes the codified legal act in the system of legislation as one of the criteria of differentiation of branches in the system of domestic law by taking into account its subjective or objective character. She provides and analyzes different arguments both for and against using this criterion in a process of differentiation of branches of law in the structure of law. The main characteristics of the codified legal act are presented and a mechanism of the influence of structural changes of the legislation system on the system of law is described.
