RESOLUTION OF THE INVESTIGATIVE PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS IN CASES OF MURDERS USING THE FORENSIC ALGORITHMS
Article:
The article discusses resolution of the investigative problematic situations in cases of murders. Since a close relationship between the perpetrator and victim of crime is a decisive factor for disclosure of murders (for 70,9 % of the investigated cases), the author divides investigative situations into two groups: the situations with a relationship between the perpetrator and victim of crime and the situations without it. Practical importance of this classification is substantiated. There are some examples of criminal cases of murders, disclosed using the forensic algorithms.
