ON RESTRICTIONS OF THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF FOREIGNERS (INDIVIDUALS) IN RUSSIA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 19TH – THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY

There is a brief review of the legislative measures aimed at restricting the property rights of foreigners (individuals) in specific areas of the Russian Empire in the middle of 19th – the beginning of the 20th century. It is emphasized that those measures were numerous and controversial.
