THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAWYERS’ DEONTOLOGICAL COMPETENCE IN A HIGHER LEARNING INSTITUTION

From the position of the ethical pedagogics the author considers the topical problem of developing the lawyers’ deontological competence in the educational environment of a higher learning institution. Vital questions of the moral education, influence of the sociocultural context on it, peculiarities of authoritarian and humanistic ethics, basic ethical values and norms, factors fostering the lawyers’ deontological competence are analyzed in detail.
