The article is dedicated to the problem of supranational and national courts’ competence. The author attempts to delineate the boundaries of the EU Court’s practice that influences the national procedural law. It is stated that this influence seems to be sectoral and doesn’t entail duties to amend the national procedural legislation, however, it helps to harmonize procedural rules of the EU Member States.
