THE CONCEPT OF JURIDICAL PRACTICE: THE MAIN APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING AND INTERPRETATIONS BY THEORISTS OF LAW

There is a brief review on the development of concept of practice. The author investigates the main approaches to understanding  of legal practice, its nature and structure. She comes to a conclusion that the most complete approach seems to be the one that considers practice as unity of behavior and results. The author suggests including the subjects of legal activities into the structure of legal practice.
