Abstract:

The author investigates a methodological component of history and philosophy of science. She studies how philosophical discourses have influenced the legal thinking. There is a novel analysis of the oppositions of classic and non-classic philosophy of law, their confrontation in legal awareness and legal science of the 20–21^th centuries.
