Abstract:
The author claims that literary works and works of art are a good learning material that could be useful for studying criminal and criminal enforcement law, especially some criminal law institutions, such as corpus delicti (e. g. signs of subjective aspect of a crime), conspiracy, fraud, as well as positive and negative aspects of different kinds of punishment.
