Abstract:
The article researches anthropological theory of law that is one of the most interesting modern versions of anti-positivist interpretation of law. The author touches upon the key concepts of this theory: «anthropological project», «socio-legal environment», «anthropological imperative», «paradigm of legal anthropology», «ratio of the rule of law and the legal process», etc. He analyzes in detail the fundamental statements, merits and defects of anthropological theory of law.
