ELECTRONIC INTERACTION IN LABOUR RELATIONS

The formalization of methods of electronic interaction between the employee and the employer is regarded as one of the prospects of the labour law reform, taking into account a common trend to regulate the use of electronic resources in various branches of the Russian legislation. The basic preconditions for development of the concept of electronic interaction in labour relations are formulated. The author clarifies why the legislator has refused to establish the principle of such interaction for a long time. It is proposed to consider electronic interaction of the employee and the employer as a universal method for exchanging information along with oral and written forms of this interaction.
