ON SYSTEMATIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

This article deals with the problem of systematization of administrative law, its various ways and methods are described. Special attention is paid to the need to systematize the administrative coercive measures, in particular, preventive measures. The author concludes that systematization is not only possible, but rather necessary through the development and adoption of basic, fundamental normative and legal acts regulating certain institutes of administrative law.
