DIALOGUE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STATE AND CIVIL SOCIETY AS A BASIS FOR THEIR INTERACTION

The article researches the problem of interaction of modern state and civil society. The author argues that, in a basis of this interaction, there is a model of dialogue communication. By using it we could gain more efficient interaction between state and civil society because the participants of communication are able to understand each other and ready to limit their mutual claims as well as to seek together and implement the best solution of a certain problem. Meanwhile, their efficient interaction allows achieving the goals and carrying out different tasks of state and civil society and, therefore, to satisfy the government interests as well as private and corporate interests of civil society.
