ON THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF ENTREPRENEUR’S DEALS CONCLUDED WITHOUT A LICENSE

The article is devoted to one of the crucial issues of licensing of entrepreneurial activities – the problem of the legal consequences of the entrepreneur’s deals concluded without a license. This problem is mainly caused by a legal gap in the RF Civil Code’s regulation of the matter. In the conclusion the author suggests his own approach to solving the mentioned problem.
