PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE FIELD OF LEGAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

The article touches upon prospects for the development of public-private partnership in the field of legal environmental protection, environmental management, and ecological safety. The concept of public-private partnership in the field of environmental protection is analyzed. The author critically estimates the provisions of the Federal Law on Public-Private Partnerships that would limit the possibility to refer to the objects of the natural resources agreements and wouldn’t provide the use of public-private partnerships as a marketing instrument of environmental protection.
