ACCESS CONTROL IN ORGANIZATION AS AN ELECTRONIC MEAN OF INTERACTION OF THE EMPLOYEE AND THE EMPLOYER

The basic scope of using the access control system in labour relations is revealed, and its importance for employees and employers is highlighted. This system is the most up-to-date and efficient way of time tracking. According to the analysis of judicial practice, the author concludes that the importance of information obtained through the access control system could contribute to the formation of the evidence base on labor disputes. This information is essential for setting labour disputes regarding the dismissal of an employee for absenteeism.
