ADAPTATION OF AGRICULTURE TO THE CONDITIONS OF GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR: NORMATIVE ACTS AND ITS REALIZATION IN THE URALS

The enactments of different levels directed on reorganization of the Soviet rural economy in relation to Great Patriotic War conditions are investigated. Changes in financial and technical providing of agriculture are shown. The measures that were taken in the USSR to preserve a mashine and tractor fleet in operational state are examined. There is an analysis of labour resourses in agriculture on the example of the Ural region. The measures for solving the problem of a lack of mass and leading personnel of agriculture are considered.
