THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE USA AS ACTORS OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

The author considers the problems of sovereignty of indigenous peoples of the USA who are studied almost exclusively as domestic actors. The article is a brief review of research work that began to consider Native Americans as actors of international relations.
