THE FRAUD UNDER THE CRIMINAL LAW OF RUSSIA, GREAT BRITAIN, GERMANY, SPAIN, FRANCE AND JAPAN: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

The author analyzes doctrinal views about liability for fraud and its regulation in the criminal law of Russia, England, Germany, Spain, France and Japan. It is concluded that there is a normative redundancy in the Criminal Code of Russia and that’s why it is proposed to change it.
