WTO ACCESSION: CHALLENGES AND THREATS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS

The article is devoted to problems and risks for the small and medium business under Russia’s accession to WTO. The author points out that Russia has insufficiently development institutional conditions. Special attention has been paid to the legal and economic analysis of negative and positive sides of accession to WTO for the ex-USSR republics.
