CORRECTIVE WORKS: THE NECESSITY OF MODERN APPROACH

Corrective works are considered taking into account a current state of the economic relations and a level of legislative regulation of criminal punishments. The comparative analysis of severity of a fine, obligatory and corrective works in a system of criminal punishments is given. A necessity of improvement of legal regulation of corrective works is shown.
