This article raises actual international law issues connected with the international security law by analyzing the nuclear non-proliferation regime, which is primarily based on the non-proliferation treaty. The main point is that the field of international security law and the non-proliferation regime in particular, demands the adaptation to modern realities, in view of the fact, that all legal documents, developed in the 1960–1970S couldn’t meet the requirements of the current system of the international relations.
