PROBLEM OF DETERMINATION OF THE SUBJECT OF CHARGING FOR PLACING PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION WASTE

The article is dedicated to analysis of subject composition of charging for placing waste. The author considered the existing approaches to the definition of subject composition of charging for placing waste, developed in the scientific literature and in judicial practice, answers to the question, who should pay for negative impact in part of placing production and consumption waste.
