DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS IN MODERN LAW: ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL APPROACHES
Article:
The article examines the concept, characteristics and features of the legal regulation of digital ecosystems in Russia and abroad. The author notes that digital ecosystems, combining various services and technologies in a single platform, are becoming an important part of the global economy, but their rapid development raises a number of questions. The work analyzes approaches to regulating digital ecosystems in different countries, including the European Union, China and Russia, with an emphasis on aspects of data protection, competition and innovative development. The features of digital ecosystems are discussed, as well as their differences from traditional groups of companies. The author emphasizes the need to develop a comprehensive regulatory act to regulate digital ecosystems, taking into account issues of data protection, antitrust regulation, transparency of algorithms and consumer rights. Particular attention is paid to foreign experience and prospects for adapting Russian legislation to modern technological realities. For effective legal regulation, measures such as the introduction of «regulatory sandboxes», the creation of a specialized regulator and stimulation of industry self-regulation are proposed. The study aims to identify gaps and develop recommendations for improving legislation in the face of rapid technological progress.
