Abstract: 

The article is devoted to the anticorruptional expertise of rules governing academic performance control at the Urals State Law Academy. The anticorruptional expertise is pursued based on classic legal rule structure conception and approved procedure. The author concludes the presence of make-corruption factor as juridic-linguistic ambiguity in examined jural construction. At the same time it is made the inference about the defect of pursued anticorruptional expertise procedure. It is suggested upgrading the USLA local normative acts.
