Abstract:
In the article the first legal acts of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Komi ASSR late 1930s – early 1940 s are examined. Submitted its forms, structure, content analysis, lexical composition language. Special attention is paid to the function of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Komi ASSR in the normative field. Considered five legal acts issued by the named Presidium.
