ORGANIZATIONAL UNITY IN SYSTEM OF SIGNS OF THE LEGAL PERSON

The scientifically-practical analysis of one of set of the features which the organization created by subjects of civil law should possess to receive the status of the legal person in the course of the state registration and to be admitted in a civil turn as the independent subject separate of the founders is carried out.
