PUBLICATION THROUGH THE INTERNET AS A FORM OF MAKING PUBLIC OF JUDICIAL ACTS: ON SOME INCONSISTENCE IN FEDERAL LEGISLATION

The article dwells on some aspects of transparency of judicial acts in civil and arbitral procedures in the Russian Federation. The author views judicial acts publicity as a means of transparency insurance, points out the forms (means) of making public of the judicial acts, exposes some contradictions between the Federal law «On the insurance the access to the information concerning Court activity» and the Civil and the Arbitration Procedure codes of the Russian Federation.
