ON THE IMPACT OF INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ON NATIONAL ONE

The article explores the main areas of interaction between international environmental law and Russian law, i. e. implementation of the national environmental standards, amendments of national legislation, creation of inter-agency units, reporting on the implementation of multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs). The author comes to a conclusion that Russia fully complies with all its obligations under MEAs.
