ON THE CONCEPT OF LABOUR LAW INTEGRATION

The author points out that an international practice of making «integrated» legal regulation exits. It is noted that, in literature and international treaties, there is no uniformity in using terms describing the process of approximation of legal systems. The author attempts to distinguish the concepts of approximation, harmonization, unification, and integration of law. He also proposes a definition of labour law integration.
