THE UNCITRAL DIGEST OF CASE LAW ON THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS OF 2008: A REVIEW AND COMMENTS

The article provides a review of the Digest of Case Law on the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods released by the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in 2008. This Digest covers an extensive database of judicial decisions based on implementation of the Convention. It could be useful in unifying the interpretation and application of the Convention. The author focuses on those provisions of the Convention which are most often found in judicial decisions or ambiguously interpreted by courts.
