REALIZATION OF PRESIDENT OF THE RF INITIATIVES IN REFORMING OF ELECTORAL LEGISLATION

In this article the stages and tendencies of reforming of electoral legislation in Russia are under consideration, which were held by the head of the state. According to the detailed analyses of messages of the President of the Russian Federation to the Parliament about electoral legislation and stands of Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, motions and resumes are formulated, which are directed to optimization of electoral system in Russia.
