IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITIZENS’ RIGHT TO FREE LEGAL AID IN THE SVERDLOVSK REGION

The issues of the constitutional right of citizens to receive free legal aid in the Sverdlovsk region are considered. The duality of free legal aid is shown. The author determines the range of subjects providing free aid in civil legal relations, and the categories of citizens eligible to receive it. The shortcomings of the relevant legislation are identified. Statistics on the activities of free legal aid services is given.
