Abstract:

The article is devoted to the strategic planning documents designed to form and implement the family policy strategy of the Russian Federation and childhood policy. The dynamics of the goals, objectives and measures contained in these documents are shown, and some problems of their development and implementation are named. The author concludes that state policy has become more focused on supporting the family, motherhood and childhood; the problems stated in the strategic planning documents a decade ago have been replaced by new ones, which is explained by the transformation of the state, society and the family as its basic unit.
