Abstract:
Based on general theoretical approaches, the article considers the main characteristics and elements of international procedural relations as a subject of international procedural law. Many techniques of the national law theory can be applied without any adaptation to describe international procedural relations. The specificity of the subject composition and some elements of the content of such relations is noted. The author formulates a definition of international procedural relations.
