Abstract: 

The author identifies certain norms of national anti-corruption legislation (Federal Law «On Combating Corruption», Federal Law «On Control over the Compliance of Expenses of Persons Holding Public Office and Other Persons with Their Income» and the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Combating Corruption») and civil legislation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus) on civil liability for offenses of corruption nature, denotes their fundamental similarities and some differences.
