INTEGRATION AND INTERNATIONAL COURTS

The author, relying on a broad definition of integration, proposes to consider four directions of integration of international justice for the existing set of international courts and quasi-judicial entities: interstate, civil, criminal, and for human rights. Each of the directions brings together courts with similar subject competence, similar organization and legal proceedings. The initial common characteristics are noted for each of the directions. It is emphasized that such an approach excludes disputes about the system of international justice bodies and makes it possible to improve existing courts and create new ones, based on the experience of all courts within the chosen direction.
