ON THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Current environmental problems requiring improvement of ecological-legal regulation and activities of public authorities related to environmental protection are considered. A brief description of the Basis of state policy on environmental development of the Russian Federation up to 2030 is given. The authors mark out specific tasks of this policy and measures to achieve them.
