ON SOME GAPS AND CONFLICTS IN LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF POWERS TO APPOINT AND REMOVE THE PROCURATORIAL STAFF IN RUSSIA

The article analyzes a number of gaps and conflicts in legislative regulation of officials’ powers to appoint and remove subordinate workers of procuracy bodies and organizations in Russia. Under the current legal reform in Russia, the author proposes ways to solve the mentioned challenges.
